How your data is used

Only you do. You retain complete ownership and control of your data. We act as a facilitator, providing the tools and infrastructure to leverage your data within the solution. You decide what data to use, how it's used, and when you want to delete it.

Your data is solely used to train and personalize your AI model specifically for your needs. It powers the solution's ability to generate text, respond to questions, or complete tasks based on your unique data and requirements.

Absolutely not. Your data is completely isolated. While we do use tools from 3rd parties, your data does not contribute to the development of any third-party models such as Google's Bard or ChatGPT from OpenAI.

If you are an active customer, your data will be available on the RFP Ninja as long as you choose.  You can access, extract, or delete it at any time. If you terminate your subscription, you can either delete the data before terminating the subscription, or your data will automatically be destroyed within 90 days after your subscription end date. 

Yes, you are free to delete your data at any time. It will be permanently removed from our systems, and any models trained on your data will be automatically disabled.

Your data is your intellectual property and remains confidential. We never share it with anyone. Your specific data is only used to improve your own responses in RFP Ninja and is never used for any other purpose.

We employ industry-leading security measures to ensure the complete protection of your data. This includes secure data storage, encryption, and access controls to prevent unauthorized access or usage.

You determine who has access to your data within your company by setting user permissions within RFP Ninja. We only provide the framework; you control the access keys.

You can discontinue your subscription at any time. Your data will be automatically deleted from our systems, and any personalized models will be also be deleted.

Yes. We track your usage in RFP Ninja for aggregate analytics, security, billing, and performance optimization purposes. 

You determine and control the data you feed the in RFP Ninja. We recommend not including sensitive information, especially personal information, unless absolutely necessary for the model's performance. Any information that you submit is stored encrypted on the platform.
